Supplied with Retell's Lite recording software you get the benefit of the following features:

• Manual voice recording
• High quality digital recording direct to the hard disk of your PC
• Record to your own PC's hard disk, or to a network drive or your server
• Suitable for occasional use only as it does not offer compression of recordings
• Recording capacity of up to 30 hrs per gigabyte
• Easy retrieval of recordings by time, date reference or call duration
• Notes can be attached to each individual recording
