Ulytel 2 is a high quality headset telephone with intelligent circuitry between the handset and the headset. It is an ideal phone for contact / call centres or home workers

Main Features

• 20 non-volatile EPROM memories - once programmed these memories are permanent. However, should you need to reprogram any of the memories there is a switch located underneath the phone.
• Headset port which accepts the RP Pro Headset or any other headset with a RJ9 connector
• Intelligent auto sensing circuitry which means that the phone recognizes when a headset is connected
• On-hook dialing allows the user to make a call and hear the calling party respond without removing the receiver. Conversation between two parties can then only take place once the receiver is lifted from the cradle
• Keypad programmable for loop disconnect, multi-frequency, earth leg recall, message waiting etc
• Durable 2.5mm virgin ABS plastic is used for the handset base and 3mm for the receiver
• Push to mute / push to speak button located on the inner side of the receiver
• Electronic latchable mute on the handset base
• New call key - by depressing this key at the end of a call a new line is provided spontaneously
• Pause Key - only relevant in older loop disconnect mechanical switches whereby a 4 second delay is added so the switch could recognise the signal being sent
• The keys on the keyboard are double shot moulded. Produced like a "Blackpool Stick of Rock" the keys should never wear out
• Keys are concave in design and should not be adversely affected by florescent glare
• The keyboard PCB contacts are 3mm gold. Most handsets today use less expensive carbon contacts
• All Ulytel corded handsets have inductive coupling and incoming volume for the hearing impaired.

• Switchable tone key - LD / MF, recall and redial keys
• Two ultra-brite neon indicators provide for message waiting and above the indicators an LED provides for ultra-brite ring and indication. Both message waiting and ring indication are bright and clear and designed to be seen across an open plan office
• Multi-option message waiting is keyboard programmable
• Receiver has a security hook switch which secures the hand piece when in the wall mounted position
• All Ulytel handsets are provided with two modem sockets
• All Ulytel handsets have a built in wall bracket
• Beneath the wall bracket is a compartment providing dip switches for: Ringer - on/off; message waiting - on/1/2 : tone/pulse: ELR/100/300: impedance - 600/800
• On the right handside of the telephone is an digital step up / step down ringer volume control
• The rubber feet are of the highest quality. Adhesion is improved and black marking on highly polished surfaces should not occur
• All Ulytel products conform to CE approvals and corded handsets are built to a 40 year meantime between failures
• All corded handsets are provided with a 15 year warranty
