• The sampling rate of the on-hold messages can be generated with a 20.040 KHz or 8 KHz sampling rate. The lower sampling rate is suitable for transferring to the built-in Music on Hold players on many PBX systems. The higher sampling rate is for use with Retell's VGP10 Music on Hold system
