• Each fax number is assigned to the mailbox of an employee or department who then have their own direct fax number.
• Capacity is assigned dynamically - if no faxes are being sent or received the channels are released for voice traffic.
• Built in CD-RW for archive of faxes
• Proof of origin of incoming faxes - you will always know the fax number where the fax originates from
• Optimum manageability of fax traffic - the Fax Server PRI allows fax numbers to be assigned to employees or departments with just a few keystrokes. This infomation is then recorded with every fax in the archive
• E-mail link - A specific e-mail address is linked to each fax number and fax traffic from the fax server is delivered as an e-mail as soon as it is received. There is no limit to the number of fax numbers. Whenever a fax is sent an e-mail conformation is sent to the sender who then can be sure that the fax arrived at its destination
• All fax traffic can be printed on a network printer
• You will need a fixed (manual) IP address to use the Fax Server. If you have DHCP server then ensure you can reserve a range of IP addresses for this purpose.
