Sense is available as a standalone recording
system with cube, tower or rack mount server/PC or as
a module in other companies' systems and programmes,
adding value and telephony functionality. Sense
is different because it includes Call Analyser software
enabling the user to drill down from identifying activity
at a particular extension to listening to individual
calls. Sense will soon contain 'Active features'
including call announcements

Technical Specifications
Sense consists of an active telephone interface
containing a power PC core that sits between the PSTN
and the PABX. The telephone interface can carry out
some functions autonomously, but an attached PC would
control most functions. Full interactivity is achieved
without integration with the phone system, which makes
a big difference as the type and facilities of the phone
system are not relevant; one size fits all. All line
types are catered for.
