Software Features
- Retell's call recorder's intuitive browser-based
interface is specifically designed for searching and
retrieving calls in a fast and efficient manner. The
system is so simple to use that it requires hardly
any end-user training. No need for additional licenses
and unlimited user access
- Search criteria includes: date, time, duration,
CLI, DDI, extension ID (system dependant)
- Call marking with text or colour coding (also available
from handset) - you can also search via this data
- Playback options include speed up/ slow down, loop
a phrase or sentence continually
- Simultaneous replay of calls by numerous users
- Call collection box for quick evaluation of calls
- Selective deletion of calls - schedule for deletion
of marked calls
- Calls can be e-mailed directly or saved on PC's
hard disk as wave files
- Call information can be kept even if audio part
is deleted. This saves space, while still letting
you know that a recording was made
- Real-time monitoring of a conversation
- All user administration (and play back of calls)

Compatibility
VoIP recording:VoIP recording is currently
available where the VoIP calls are made through your
phone system's SPAN port(s).
The current supported audio formats are G.711 and G.729A.
The currently supported signaling protocols are: H.323,
SIP, Avaya IP office (46xx phone series), Nortel BCM
(i2004 phone series), Nortel Succession (i2004 phone
series). Planned: Cisco Skinny (79xx phone series),
Alcatel Omni PCX.
The VoIP recording solution is not able to record VoIP
traffic when using the IPSec (IP Security Protocol)
protocol or any audio encryption. When recording VoIP
in such circumstances, trunk side recording can be used
as an alternative option.
