Phone call monitoring software provides live call
listening while the call is in progress.
This software is compatible with the following model
numbers: compatible with the following items: 952IP
and 954IP, 950, Octo, Quarto and PRI units.
Can be used by supervisors to listen to agents live
(commonly known as "agent observe", "silent
monitoring", or "barge in").
You will need a fixed (manual) IP address to use
this software. If you have DHCP server then ensure
you can reserve a range of IP addresses for this purpose.
