Monitoring Software for use with IP Call Recorders - 933 POA

  • Phone call monitoring software provides live call listening while the call is in progress.
  • This software is compatible with the following model numbers: compatible with the following items: 952IP and 954IP, 950, Octo, Quarto and PRI units.
  • Can be used by supervisors to listen to agents live (commonly known as "agent observe", "silent monitoring", or "barge in").
  • You will need a fixed (manual) IP address to use this software. If you have DHCP server then ensure you can reserve a range of IP addresses for this purpose.
  • In order to use the software you will need to connect the call recorder(s) to your PC or LAN via any of the following methods:
    USB connection directly into the PC (requires USB to Ethernet adaptor - part 936)
    Ethernet connection directly into the PC (requires a cross wired patch cable - part 936200)
    LAN (requires connecting of call recorder to your LAN via a patch cable - part 937)
