Cybertech have recently been purchased by NICE and customers looking for on-going support from an independent customer focused partner are very welcome here at Retell. We are expert at supporting Cybertech systems, in fact several ex-Cybertech people work for us including Mike Holland who was Technical Manager at Cybertech for over 10 years, Mike is now Head of Retell Technical Services. We have a large referencable Cybertech system base that we will continue support.

Retell are a team-oriented caring family owned business, small enough to react quickly to change but big enough to manufacture our own media cards/call recording circuit boards. Over the 25 years we've been trading several household names in call recording have disappeared including Dictaphone, Witness, TISL, Activa, Thales, and Racal with their Mirra product to name just a few. More often than not they have been bought out by much larger companies and the product ranges have been discontinued leaving customers at a loss in terms of support and spares, eventually being forced into replacing the system with the new vendor's product.
