Voxsmart

Voxsmart mobile phone recording software running on a Blackberry tells the network to set up a conference call to a DDI in your office so that it can be recorded live there.

In the office on those DDIs there needs to be a recorder, and a device to answer the incoming call so that it can be recorded.

Retell has worked with Voxsmart to make the easiest and simplest way of answering and recording those incoming calls.

Answering

Suppliers

Voxsmart software is sold by other dealers and manufacturers. You can buy the recording licences from your chosen supplier, and either buy the answerer from Retell and our dealers, or ask your supplier to supply you with the answerer from Retell. Answerer RRP from £5250.
