  • DATA INTEGRATION LINC which enables your own programme, for example, Access or CRM software, to control the 957 software. The most common use for this is for the automatic transfer of customer details from your database records into the notes and reference fields of the 957 software, so that you can search for a call by a customer name, or customer reference etc. You own programme can also start and stop recording and be notified that the 957 has made a recording successfully etc.
