Overview

• Call Answerer System
• Normally sits between the telephone network and the PABX
• User loads the incoming DDI to be answered onto the box.
• When a call comes in to that DDI it is answered in the Sense box and not passed through to the PABX
• All other calls pass through the box to the PABX transparently
• Designed to work with Voxsmart's Blackberry mobile phone recording software
• ISDN30 or ISDN2. Analogue available later in 2011
• Fully scaleable from 2 channels to any number

• Can be used to record calls with Sense
• Can be used to answer calls so that they can be recorded on another recorder that cannot answer the call, such as Nice or Verint etc
• No server necessary when used as an answerer only, can work automonously
• Sets up in moments, no engineer necessary
• Server necessary if used to record calls
