Overview

• Software on the BlackBerry tells the network to conference in a landline where Retell's Sense recording system answers the call and records it
• Retell's Sense system can also answer the call so that an existing passive recorder can make the recording
• To record in this way BlackBerry connections times can be 2-10 seconds depending upon network conditions
• ISDN30 or ISDN2 landlines
• Fully scaleable from 2 channels to thousands
• Search by time and date, CLI of the BlackBerry or DDI no. of the landline.

• Can terminate an ISDN30 with no PABX needed, so if you need to add another ISDN30 dedicated to mobile recording, there is no need to have an extra card in the PABX

• To record all 30 channels on an ISDN30 on a Retell Sense recorder in your premises including the answering of the conference leg: £9000 RRP* (all calls to and from the premises recorded included free of charge)
• To answer the conference leg on any of 30 channels on an ISDN30 recorder of whatever brand that you already have £5250
• As a guide 10 mobile recording licences on an ISDN30 is £12,500 for recorder, answerer, recording all other calls on the ISDN30 and one off mobile phone licences for 10 mobiles

• ISDN2 To record all 8 channels ISDN2 on a recorder in your premises including the answering of the conference leg: £3500 RRP* (all calls to and from the premises recorded included free of charge)
• To answer the conference leg on any of 8 channels of an ISDN2 recorder of whichever brand that you already have £2500
