Hosting

• Secure UK network data storage
• Unlimited call storage for 6 months - can be extended

• Deletion standards: DoD 5220.22-M (8-306.E) 3 x passes, DoD 5220.22-M (8-306./E, C and E) 7x passes

Playback

• Enhanced search criteria including CLI/dialled number
• Blackberry Calling Line Identity (CLI) search without the expense of a BES server
• Secure web browser access ony from approved IP addresses, or ultra secure VPN client end to end encryption

Notes

• Requires data transfer and data roaming as applicable enabled on the phone and your tariff
• Requires conference call functionality on your phone for BlackBerry call recording (if you can make a manual conference, then you have it already), and the appropriate tariff for making conference calls to the recorder
• Calls will show as soon as received over the data link at the hosting site. BlackBerry calls will show as soon as the call is over (CLI data may arrive later as it arrives over a data link)
