Retell's Sense range has been designed to be easy to integrate with, not only through the low level API, but also as a high level API is provided that includes databases and audio players etc. Total cost of ownership is reduced as the same API works across all line types and protocols and is available in C# and .NET. Many functions are pre-built and available through a GUI, and the SDK included numerous code snippets. As no PCI or PCIe slots are used there is no possibility of obsolescence through changes in those standards or problems with the height or length of cards fitting in the chassis.
