Retell's Sense range has been specifically designed as Open Architecture and for integration, either at a low level, or through a high level API. Sense is completely scalable from 1 line or channel to thousands, in passive or active modes, and with any mixture of line types all through the same easy to use API, with many functions already built in. Extension information from the PABX is matched with recordings made on the trunks with 100% accuracy on E1, T1 and BRI.
