At last a CTI card that is easy to integrate with as many functions on the PC side have been pre-built enabling a turnkey product for many users, and yet complete flexibility of any type of line control of answering inbound and outbound calls, playing audio to callers or agents, hanging up calls, playing announcements before calls reach the PABX, caller ID feed etc. Extension information from the PABX is matched with recordings made on the trunks with 100% accuracy on E1, T1 and BRI.
