Some of our customers of course have the need for a basic, off the shelf call recording system, which we also specalise in. Customisation of the underlying systemRetell is one of the few companies in the world that actually design and make call recording hardware, and one of literally 3 or 4 companies in the world that make active call recording hardware. Most companies that put themselves forward as call recording companies actually just buy in the call recording hardware from one of these few companies. However, as at Retell we make our own, we have the ability to customise any part of the hardware, software or behaviour, so that you get the unique features that you want. Some of our customers work with us because we customise something before the call recording system is installed, and others work with us knowing that in the future if they do want something it is possible, they are not up a technical dead end. |
