Retell Exhibits at GITEX 2011 with Panasonic
Retell demonstrated its Sense Call Recording and Call Management solution at GITEX 2011 in Dubai. Retell was invited by its partner Panasonic Middle East to co-exhibit at GITEX as part of its Panasonic System Developers Network Programme (PSDN), for which Retell is the UK’s only Silver Accredited solution provider for Call Recording. GITEX is the largest and most high profile IT technology event in the Middle East and recognised as a key event in the global ICT calendar. The event has gained an impressive track record over the years, attracting over 3500 domestic and international vendors and over 136000 delegates. The GITEX 2011 show took place at the Dubai International Convention and Conference Centre on the 9th-13th October 2011. Retell’s Alan Kelson, Strategic Partner Manager represented Retell at GITEX and reports that the show had been a great success, with several enquiries received from potential international resellers and distributors. One of the main successes was the signing of Al-Futtaim, Panasonic’s main distributor in the UAE, for Retell’s Sense Call Recording to Panasonic Resellers. Alan said “GITEX offered Retell the ideal backdrop to create awareness of its award-winning Sense Call Recording platform to an international arena. There was considerable interest in Retell and its solutions, which is very encouraging”. Alan demonstrated the latest version of Sense Call Recording (Version 3), which included web browser access and a customised front-end interface translated in to Arabic. Steve Cobley, Head of Business Development said “Panasonic’s PSDN scheme has opened considerable worldwide opportunities for us, not only with international dealers and distributors, but also with key Gold and Silver PSDN partners, with whom we are working closely to integrate Sense recording in to their own software offerings. We have some exciting products coming on stream for UK and International Panasonic resellers”.
